We are an independent travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an official representative of any airline, airport, or government body. All airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InAirBookings.com, submitting a booking request, or calling our service line, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into these terms
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy
• If booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their consent and authority to do so

3 Services We Provide

InAirBookings provides independent flight booking assistance services, including:

• Searching for available domestic and international flight options based on your travel requirements
• Providing fare quotes including all applicable taxes, fees, and our service fee
• Processing confirmed flight bookings upon your approval and payment
• Issuing and delivering e-tickets upon booking confirmation
• Providing support for booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests

We act as an intermediary between you and the airline. The actual carriage of passengers is governed by the airline's own terms and conditions of carriage, which take precedence over these terms once a ticket is issued.

4 Pricing & Fees

Airfare pricing: Flight fares are set by airlines and are subject to change based on availability. Prices displayed during your inquiry are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Service fee: A service fee of $20–$35 per booking (depending on route complexity and booking type) applies to all bookings made through InAirBookings. This fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Taxes and surcharges: All government taxes, airport fees, and carrier-imposed charges are included in the final price quoted to you before payment.

Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5 Booking Process

The booking process works as follows:

• Step 1 – Request: You submit your travel details via our website form or by calling us
• Step 2 – Search: Our team searches available fares across major carriers based on your requirements
• Step 3 – Quote: We provide you with a complete price quote including all fees and taxes
• Step 4 – Confirmation: You review and explicitly confirm the booking and total price
• Step 5 – Payment: You make payment through our secure payment channels
• Step 6 – Ticket: Your e-ticket is issued and sent to you upon payment confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued a booking confirmation or e-ticket to you. Verbal or written quotes do not constitute a confirmed booking.

6 Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

By providing payment details, you:

• Confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided
• Authorise INAIRGROUP LLC to charge the total amount disclosed to you prior to booking confirmation
• Acknowledge that payment confirms your agreement to these terms and the specific booking details

We do not store full credit or debit card numbers. Payment data is handled exclusively by our third-party payment processors.

7 Cancellations & Refunds

Airline cancellation policies apply: Refund eligibility for airfare is governed entirely by the airline's fare rules. Refundable, partially refundable, and non-refundable fares each carry different conditions. We will clearly communicate the applicable cancellation policy before you confirm any booking.

Our service fee ($20–$35): Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, regardless of whether the airline refunds the airfare portion.

Refund processing: If you are entitled to a refund under the airline's policy, we will submit the refund request to the airline on your behalf. Airline refund processing times typically range from 7 to 21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the airline.

How to request a cancellation: Contact us by phone at +1 (570) 599-6951 as soon as possible. Airlines may impose time limits on cancellation requests.

8 Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes, name corrections, route changes) are subject to:

• The airline's change fee policies and fare difference charges
• An additional service fee from InAirBookings for processing the change (amount disclosed before processing)
• Availability of the requested new dates or routes

Name changes may not be permitted by all airlines. Please ensure all passenger details are correct before confirming your booking. We are not liable for costs arising from incorrect passenger information provided by you.

9 Limitation of Liability

InAirBookings and INAIRGROUP LLC act as an independent intermediary. We are not responsible for:

• Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes by the airline
• Lost or damaged baggage (governed by airline policies)
• Changes in airfare prices between quote and booking confirmation
• Denied boarding, visa issues, or travel document requirements
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.)
• Actions or omissions of airlines, airports, or other third parties

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total service fee paid to INAIRGROUP LLC for the specific booking in question.

We make no warranties or representations that airfares quoted are the absolute lowest available. We search across available fares to find competitive options based on your requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on InAirBookings.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of INAIRGROUP LLC or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

All airline names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is for descriptive and identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

11 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking requests
• Attempt to obtain tickets through deception or misrepresentation
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of our website or systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our website without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without written authorisation

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who violates these terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
