Dates, airports and routings
Premium fares differ by day of the week and by routing. We check nearby dates, alternative airports and one-stop connections that may price lower than the non-stop, and show you each as a complete price.
Premium cabin fares vary more than economy: by date, routing, cabin mix and sale window. Tell an agent where you are going and they compare the airlines' business and first class fares for your dates and quote each option — airfare, taxes and our fee — before you decide.
A search box shows one number for one itinerary. The price of a business or first class seat depends on choices that are easier to weigh on a call.

Business one way and premium economy the other, or first class only on the long overnight leg: mixed-cabin itineraries are often the sensible choice, and we quote them side by side with the all-premium option.
Premium tickets are not all refundable. Before you pay you know what a change or cancellation would cost on the fare you chose, so the seat you pay for is the seat you understood.
Sometimes. Airlines publish the same fares to agencies as to their own sites, but the price of a premium seat changes with the date, the routing, the cabin mix and whether a sale is running. An agent compares those options across airlines and quotes each one as a complete price. If the airline's own site is lower for your dates, we say so.
The same $20–$35 booking fee as an economy ticket, stated in the quote before you pay. The quote shows the airline fare, taxes and surcharges, and our fee as separate lines.
It depends on the fare rules of the ticket you hold. Call with the booking reference; an agent checks what the airline allows on that fare and quotes the fare difference and any airline fee before anything is changed — see changing a flight.
Most major US and international carriers. If you have a preferred airline, alliance or frequent-flyer program, say so on the call and the agent searches those first.
Give the agent your route and dates and you will have the options — and the complete price of each — before the call ends.
